A little about Armada

Armada Hospitality Group is a young and dynamic company providing management service solutions to the hospitality industry.

Armada launched in January 2012, with nine venues in our fleet. We currently control over 400 casual and full-time staff, and manage in excess of $50m revenue.

The venues we manage on behalf of our clients vary enormously in size and nature -- from niche-based nightclubs to diverse regional hotels to high volume metropolitan gaming and non-gaming venues.

Our clients all have one thing in common: they are passionate about making their businesses the best they can possibly be.

Armada specialises in two main categories: Acquisitions and Management. Under the Acquisitions division of the business, we provide assistance with identifying assets to purchase, conducting necessary due diligence, negotiation of the purchase, financing of the deal either via bank funded debt or shareholder equity, and then the logistical start up of the venture.

The Management arm of Armada provides day-to-day administration services such as accounting and payroll as well as marketing and strategic planning, operational support and governance -- all designed to allow the asset/entity to provide maximum returns to its shareholders.
